Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is required for a hearing test or consultation. We will recommend ENT review when clinically appropriate.
Do you sell hearing aids without testing?
No. We fit devices only after a full audiological assessment so programming matches your hearing profile and lifestyle.
Can I visit for ear wax removal only?
Yes — professional ear wax removal is available and often improves test accuracy when wax was blocking the canal.
